What is Onestep HRIS?

Onestep HRIS is an employee management system fully developed using the Odoo framework to suit the needs of a Sri Lankan HR system. The advantage of our HRIS is accessibility. The software only required to be installed on a server and the rest can access through any of the web browsers. Users of the system will have real-time access throughout the world to the system environment that is easy to manage. The HRIS system is delivered as a web application and requires no customer knowledge of web server software, or other system administrator functions. The software is capable of handling payroll process, employee database, leave and attendance including generating reports related to specific areas.
